Exchange and Return Policy

At ANATOMIX WEAR & LTD, we pay close attention to every detail to offer you high-quality products. If you need to request an exchange or report an issue, here is how our process works.

Reporting Issues
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Item must be in perfect condition

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Exchanges are also subject to certain conditions and do not apply for personal preference.

Process
All requests must be approved in advance by our team.
Products sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for voluntary exchanges
  • If the error was ours, we will cover the shipping cost

Non-Eligible Products
Exchanges and returns do not apply to:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Used, washed, or damaged garments
  • Personalized products

Refunds
Refunds only apply in cases of defective products or order errors.

Once approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5 to 10 business days
