At ANATOMIX WEAR & LTD, we work to provide you with a reliable and efficient delivery service. Below, we explain how our shipping process works.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Panama City: 24 to 48 business hours
• Interior of the country: 2 to 4 business days

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made within the following time ranges:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

No deliveries are made on holidays.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Provide a complete and accurate address
• Be available to receive the order
• Stay attentive to delivery communications

Failed Deliveries
A delivery is considered failed when it is not possible to contact the customer or complete the delivery.

In these cases:

• The order will be returned
• The customer must cover the cost of a new shipment

Delivery Areas

• We do not deliver to areas classified as difficult to access or high risk
• Some locations may incur additional logistics charges

In these cases, the customer will be notified in advance.

Delays
ANATOMIX WEAR & LTD is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic
• External situations or force majeure
